Tooling
Beginning with your CAD file or blueprint, our team of tooling experts will work with you to produce functional product designs and effective, efficient tooling. Your tooling investment will then be carefully maintained with proper preventative care. 
Precision Injection Molding
Plastic Parts International's injection molding machines are equipped with advanced microprocessor controls to ensure superior accuracy for the best in low pressure mold protection. And, detailed programming capabilities deliver outstanding product consistency. 
 
Vacuum FormingAn excellent alternative for prototyping or short run production, vacuum forming, is also available at Plastic Parts International. Though it offers less accuracy on dimensional tolerances than traditional injection molding, this process utilizes more economical tooling (such as aluminum) and allows shorter lead times. 
 
Secondary OperationsPlastic Parts International capabilities also extend to secondary operations, including hot stamping, sonic and vibration welding, and assembly. Rapid prototyping -machining a part rather than molding it - is very useful for initial design testing, and is another Plastic Parts International option.
